Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Results.io services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

Description of Services

Results.io provides fractional CMO services specifically for home service companies using ServiceTitan. Our services include marketing strategy development, campaign management, team leadership, and performance optimization focused on generating measurable revenue results.

ServiceTitan Integration

Our services require integration with your ServiceTitan account. By engaging our services, you grant us authorized access to your ServiceTitan data necessary to provide marketing optimization services. We will only access data required for service delivery and will maintain strict confidentiality.

Results Protection Plan

Our Results Protection Plan guarantees that if your booked revenue doesn't grow or your cost-per-booked-job doesn't improve within 90 days, we will reduce future fees by up to 50%. This guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

• Client must provide complete access to required ServiceTitan data
• Client must implement agreed-upon recommendations within specified timeframes
• Measurement period begins after initial 30-day setup and optimization phase
• Results are measured using mutually agreed-upon baseline metrics

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business
• Grant necessary access to ServiceTitan and other required platforms
• Implement recommended changes within agreed timeframes
• Maintain current ServiceTitan subscription and Marketing Pro access
• Provide timely feedback and approval for marketing materials

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally, services are billed monthly with payment due within 15 days of invoice date. Late payments may result in service suspension. Our Results Protection Plan adjustments will be applied to future invoices when applicable.

Confidentiality

We understand that your business information and ServiceTitan data are confidential. We agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose any business data to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver exceptional results, marketing outcomes can be influenced by factors beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide transition assistance and securely delete confidential data as specified in our Privacy Policy. Clients remain responsible for payment of services rendered prior to termination.

Intellectual Property

Marketing strategies, processes, and methodologies developed by Results.io remain our intellectual property. However, any marketing materials created specifically for your business become your property upon full payment.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of material changes with at least 30 days notice. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
